“We can't say enough good about working with Kellis. We went under contract on a home that was a foreclosure. On the last day of the inspection period, Kellis was investigating the paper trail and found that the builder had bought the home back from the original owner. When contacted the builder and original owner couldn't tell us the issue because they had signed non-disclosures. Super sketch! As we went higher up in the builder company, they admitted it was a structural and had to do with the walls and THEY HADN'T FIXED IT! This was nowhere in the disclosures for the property and hadn't been revealed on our inspection. Also, there was nothing protecting us and it could have bankrupted us! We backed out and got under contract on another property within a couple days with a quick close. The only thing that saved us was Kellis going beyond and digging deeper than almost any other realtor would. I don't exaggerate when I say Kellis literally saved us from potential bankruptcy. If you want someone who will truly have your best interest at heart, go with Kellis!”
